For agencies and their teams: name, email address, billing details and how the platform is used. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

For customers of a café or other business: the stamps and rewards on their card, when they were earned, and an email address only if they choose to give one.

Why we use it

To provide the service, take payment, send the emails it depends on, and keep it secure. Agencies and their clients see results for their own businesses.

Who helps us

We use trusted providers for hosting, payments, email, file storage and wallet passes. They only act on our instructions.
